DIGITAL WORKBOOKS (PDF DOWNLOADS): ALL SALES FINAL
All workbooks, bundles and other digital downloads are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, and the 14-day return window below does NOT apply to them.

Having trouble with a file? If your download won't open, is missing pages, or you received the wrong workbook, email us within 30 days and we will send you a working replacement file.

PHYSICAL ITEMS ONLY (wallets, binders, password books, pill organizers, tool kits and other shipped products)
Our physical products ship directly from trusted U.S. supplier partners.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You do not pay to return it.
- Changed your mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first so we can give you the correct return address (items ship from different partners). Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued once the item is received.
- Lost package: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier and supplier to replace it or refund you.

Refunds for physical items go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.
